   YouthBuild Designery   The Designery is YouthBuild Boston’s hands-on architecture and design program for high school teens.  Intern Designers develop their design skills through a team-based approach to real-world architecture problem solving.  Students will receive a weekly stipend for participating in the program which involves designing and building a project to benefit their community . Youth Leadership Program Do you enjoy working outside with your hands, spending time in nature and learning about the environment?  If so, the Youth Leadership Program is for you! The Youth Leadership Program is a workforce development program that enables high school students from Boston and Brookline to become effective and reliable youth leaders and employees through working in the Emerald Necklace Parks. The program combines park maintenance, career exploration and environmental education activities.  From November through April, 10 youth crew members meet after school for a total of 7.5 hours of part-time, temporary employment each week.
